Starter Wellness Package (4 Weeks / 8 Session)

This package focuses on creating a foundational fitness and wellness program tailored for kids
dealing with obesity. It combines assessments, diet guidance, and engaging fitness activities to
set them on the path to a healthier lifestyle.

A. Body Composition Analysis

Initial Assessment: Comprehensive measurement of key body metrics.

BMI (Body Mass Index): To understand the child’s weight relative to height.

Body Fat Percentage: For a clear picture of fat mass versus lean muscle.

Visceral Fat Levels: To evaluate fat around internal organs and associated risks.

ECW Ratio (Extracellular Water Ratio): To identify potential inflammation or fluid imbalance in the body.

Mid-Program Monitoring: A check-in at the two-week mark to review progress and make adjustments if needed.

End-of-Program Reassessment: A final review to measure changes in body composition and evaluate the program’s effectiveness.

B. Diet Consultation

Initial Session with a Nutritionist:

Development of a personalized, kid-friendly meal plan designed to improve nutritional intake while keeping meals enjoyable.

Guidance on healthy snacking options and portion control.

Tips for parents on encouraging healthy eating habits at home.

Follow-Up Consultation (Week 4):

Review the results of the diet plan in conjunction with fitness progress.

Provide updates or new recommendations based on body composition improvements and observed behavioral changes.

C. Fitness Training

8 Group Fitness Classes:

These sessions will be led by certified trainers who specialize in child fitness and obesity management. Each session is designed to improve overall fitness levels while keeping the activities enjoyable.

Beginner Strength and Bodyweight Exercises:

Focus on exercises like squats, planks, and lunges to build strength without using weights. Emphasis on proper form to avoid injury and build confidence.

Agility Drills:

Fun, engaging activities to improve coordination, balance, and speed. Examples include ladder drills, cone weaving, and relay races.

Flexibility Training:

Stretching exercises to enhance flexibility and mobility, promoting better posture and reducing injury risk. Activities like stretches or dynamic warm-ups.

Home Fitness Tips:

Parents will receive simple, fun activities kids can do at home to stay active outside the program.
